Return policy

We are sorry that you have been experiencing problem with your new exotic product or accessories.
-Until 3 days after receiving the product, can apply for returning it, and must inform us via bangkokbooteryteam@gmail.com email.
-Bangkok Bootery return policy covering material and workmanship only, not any other things like changing color or size.
-If you carefully wrap and package the item in a safe box and return to our head office (don’t declare the value of product on the box).
-Our craftsmen will put it through an examination to determine source of problem, Your note will be helpful to recognize the problem. If the problem turn out to be a minor adjustment, then we shall make the repair and return the exotic item to your door step within 21 days.
-If our determination is that item is defective, we will send you a replacement within 21 days.
-Your money is not refundable, only can exchange the product with another desirable product.

Note that Bangkok Bootery team recommend to follow rules and policies while dispatching and posting by “economy post”, neither Fedex, DHL nor express post. Post charges shall be borne by the sender.
